Questions
Why does macOS warn me the first time?
This test build isn’t notarized by Apple yet. Use Open Anyway in System Settings › Privacy & Security once.
Is it free?
Yes. Uncloud is free, every feature is included, and there’s no account to create.
Can Uncloud see my photos?
No. Photos go straight from Apple to your drive. They never pass through us.
Will it delete anything from iCloud?
Only if you ask. Export never deletes. Clean Up iCloud asks first, and deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
My library is huge. Will it cope?
Yes. It works in steps, resumes after breaks and skips what’s already done.
